ehi, tra una notizia e l'altra addirittura sembra che ci siano delle possibilità di rivedere on-line il sito originale... (dicono molto dipenda dallo stesso Oink, cioè il povero ragazzo prima arrestato con tanto di video come se fosse una sorta di terrorista -forti le manette nere- per essere rilasciato un paio di giorni dopo ).

Mah... io ci spero... sarebbe una vittoria spettacolare!

Di certo è impossibile che il ragazzo in questione avesse le sole ed uniche copie dei database in casa e che non si fosse preparato nemmeno un minimo di quello che sarebbe potuto succedergli.

1) OiNK non è stato formalmente incriminato, è stato solo interrogato riguardo a come si gestisce un sito di filesharing

2) Ci sarà un processo il 26 dicembre, sempre che vengano formalizzate accuse (cosa non ancora fatta perché cospirazione contro il copyright non è un accusa formale)

3) gli utenti non devono temere perché gli ip sono loggati solo attraverso gli account ma non sono legati ai file downloadati o uploadati (cioè non esiste un registro al di fuori del database che è criptato in "MD5 salted" che richiede la NSA per essere aperto).

4) chi ha donato non dovrebbe avere problemi se hanno usato PayPal. Infatti PayPal garantisce che i dati personali non vengano divulgati (e credo siano tenuti criptati in un database con codifiche anche migliori di MD5 salted)
