Ventole Macbook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) si accendono troppo spesso (anche in stand by)

Ciao a tutti, negli ultimi giorni ho iniziato a notare un comportamento anomalo del sistema di raffreddamento del mio Mac. È noto che il mio modello (13-inch, 2020, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) soffre di qualche problema di dissipazione e che le ventole si attivano spesso.. ma non mi è mai successo così spesso.

Premetto che il mio lavoro si svolge praticamente solo su Chrome, anche con una decina di schede aperte fra due account attivi. In più al massimo whatsapp e Spotify. Fino a qualche tempo fa mi sembra che non ci fosse nulla di strano ma da qualche giorno ho notato che la ventola si accende più spesso e le temperature al tatto sono decisamente più alte. Ma soprattutto, mi capita di chiudere il Mac dopo il lavoro e metterlo nello zaino, riprenderlo a casa e sentire che la ventola è accesa e la batteria sì è abbondantemente scaricata.

Ho disattivato tutte le funzioni di sincronizzazione durante lo stand by ma non cambia nulla.

Quando ti succede hai provato ad aprire monitoraggio attività e capire se c’è qualche app in particolare?

Sì, solitamente WindowServer è il processo che usa più cpu, poi Chrome

Aggiungerei un monitoraggio delle temperature in generale tramite macfuncontrol o simili e la percentuale di cpu che i principali processi utilizzano.

Per ultimo, ma non meno importante, sarebbe utile capire quando è stata pulita la ventola l'ultima volta. Se mai, consiglio una pulizia immediata.

Va bene, ma possono avere una correlazione con le ventole?

Per fare un esempio: sono uscito da lavoro alle 18.30 oggi. Il mac era a circa 70%. Ho abbassato lo schermo e sono stato fuori fino ad ora. Dopo 4 ore la batteria era a 0%. Probabilmente le ventole hanno continuato a girare per qualche processo in atto..

Se tagliassi la testa al toro e facessi un ripristino? È da un po' che non lo faccio pur avendo fatto tutti gli aggiornamenti di sistema..

Il ripristino male non fa, ma lo terrei come ultima soluzione.

La salute della batteria com’è? Controllala con: https://www.coconut-flavour.com/coconutbattery/

Se decidi di ripristinare ovviamente non devi recuperare il backup di tutto assieme.

lo spazio scarso potrebbe creare rallentamenti.

In realtà ho eliminato OneDrive perché non lo uso. Nel report compaiono dei file che erano rimasti nella cartella Library e che ho successivamente eliminato, senza però risolvere il problema.

ciao, cercavo qualche informazione per la stessa ragione e ho trovato la vostra discussione, capita anche a me, lo chiudo in standby lo lascio sul tavolo e il giorno dopo è scarico, mi sono accorto che si attivano le ventole da sole, magari dopo 2 ore che è spento.... e cosi si scarica, non so il perchè, ho disattivato tutto quello che potevo in stand by

Purtroppo però non so cosa consigliarti di fare se non quello che hanno già consigliato a me. Io continuo a convivere con questo problema e tante volte mi arrendo a spegnere del tutto il mac. Tu che modello hai?

Controlla quanta CPU impiega xprotector. Potrebbe essere lui che gira sempre in background anche quando sembra tutto a riposo

ciao, grazie, io ho un macbook air retina 13 del 2020, ad esempio ora era chiuso e le ventole giravano, l'ho aperto per utilizzarlo e si sono spente, non capisco proprio. Anche io lo spengo per evitare che durante la notte parta e si scarichi
