Lib GD Con php

Salve a tutti,

ho installato le gd con i port

il problema ora è il seguente:

php 5.2.4 non è configurato per il supporto alle librerie gd, quindi anche avendole installate e abilitate nel php.ini , non vengono riconosciute.

Come risolvere?

Ricompilando da 0 php? :/
